•What does my child do in a Gym Buddies class?
Our gymnastics/fitness classes start out with a musical theme (e.g. farm animals, circus). We continue with a 'hello' song and finish with a 'goodbye' song. The middle portion of the program incorporates a creative prop to enhance and develop your child's fine motor skills. Our finale includes learning a weekly gymnastics skill on our new, colorful child-regulation-sized equipment.
We provide structure with loving discipline and manners. This is all implemented while creating a fun, non-competitive, safe environment that emphasizes positive body awareness and self-confidence. Stamps and stickers are used as positive reinforcement for good behavior. The children have a great time!
- How much does a Gym Buddies class cost?
Check your local school for Gym Buddies Class prices. Children may start at any time, and new students may take a free trial class.
- How long are the classes?
Preschoolers have short attention spans—our classes are 30 minutes long.
- How often do we come to the school?
Gym Buddies conducts classes once per week per school. Find out your school's particular day and time.
- How many students are in each class?
There are 8 to 10 children per Gym Buddy class.
- What are the instructor's qualifications?
Gym Buddies Inc. instructors have many years of experience in pre-school gymnastics and early childhood development. They have basic safety training in preschool gymnastics and are trained in first-aid/CPR.
